'Omo Ghetto' Triumphs As Highest Grossing Movie of 2020

Funke Akindele's latest movie, Omo Ghetto: The Saga is top of the list of 10 Best Movies of 2020; as it generated a staggering N187 million days after hitting Nigerian cinemas on December 25th,   compared with  Fate of Alakada - the 4th film in the Alakada franchise- produced by Toyin Abraham which earned  N113 million. 

Omo Ghetto: The Saga is a sequel to the 2010 Yoruba comedy Omo Ghetto about a  female dominated gang, starring Funke Akindele as Lefty and Eniola Badmus as Busty.  This sequel was directed by Akindele and her husband, JJC Skillz.
