Now On Netflix: Why Did I Get Married... Again

The third instalment of Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married? is now available on Netflix. The original film, released in 2007, was written, produced, and directed by Perry and was inspired by his 2003 play of the same name. It was followed by Why Did I Get Married Too? in 2010 and a 6-season TV spinoff, For Better or Worse, which aired in 2011.

Sum Up: The close group of friends reunites to celebrate the wedding of Angela and Marcus' daughter, Jasmine, who is marrying Wesley, a rising football player and the son of divorced businesswoman Roselyn, but Marcus disapproves of the match.  Throughout the film, new secrets come to light as each couple questions their marriages.

The new cast members include Taraji P. Henson as Roselyn, Armani Greer as Jasmine, Everett Osborne as Wesley, and Sydney Winbush as Mike's new girlfriend, Regina.

Returning cast members reprising their roles are Jill Scott as Sheila, Lamman Rucker as her second husband, Troy, Richard T. Jones as her slimy ex-husband, Mike (gross!), Michael Jai White as Marcus, the father of the bride, Tasha Smith as the sharp-tongued Angela, the mother of the bride, Sharon Leal as Diane, and Tyler Perry as her husband, Terry.

Notably absent from this instalment are Janet Jackson, who played Patricia, due to scheduling conflicts, and Malik Yoba, who portrayed her husband, Gavin, as his character died in the sequel. TRAILER
