Happy, Happy anniversary to the long-running educational children's series that has touched the lives of children across the world since 1969. A BIG thanks to the show's creators Joan Ganz Cooney, Lloyd Morrisett and Jon Stone, and a special thanks to the prolific Jim Henson,  whose muppets showcased and communicated every episode's messages and educational goals.
