'The Waiter' Hitting Cinemas Nationwide December 20th

 

Reel Sum Up: Akpors's day begins as an ordinary shift but then he finds himself in the middle of a hostage situation with life-or-death stakes after the hotel where he works as a waiter is suddenly invaded by gunmen. 

Richard Ayodeji Makun, a.ka. AY, returns as the bumbling Akpors and leads the ensemble cast in the upcoming action comedy film- 'The Waiter'- set to hit cinemas nationwide (as well as Ghana and Liberia)  tomorrow, December 20th. The cast includes RMD, May Edochie, Toke Makinwa, Obi Cubana, Regina Daniels and Rahama Sadau. According to the veteran comedian, 'The Waiter' is a partnership between  Genesis Pictures and Silverbird Distribution.

The film is written by AY and directed by  Toka McBaror and is said to be packed with action,  suspense and humour. Will Akpors emerge a hero in the end?
