Photo of the Week: Pelé meets Muhammed Ali

 

Pele's final match was an exhibition match between  the New York Cosmos and  his former Brazilian team, Santos F.C at Giants Stadium, New Jersey. 

75,646 people watched  Pelé score the 1,283rd & final goal of his career. Among the spectators was  boxing champ Muhammed Ali, who had a one on one meeting with him. The 2  titans exchanged pleasantries and mutual respect for each other, which led to a life long friendship.
