Taiwo 'Ogogo' Hassan Laid to Rest In Ilaro

 

The late beloved actor, producer, director, and writer, Alhaji Taiwo 'Ogogo' Hassan, has been laid to rest in his hometown of Ilaro, Ogun State, in accordance with Islamic rites. 

The Janazah was held at the Asade Agunloye Pavilion, attended by family, friends, and colleagues from the Yoruba film industry. The gathering was filled with tears, tributes, and heartfelt prayers for his soul. His colleagues and long-time friends present included Alhaji Yinka Quadri, TAMPAN president, Mr Latin (Bolaji Amusan), Jide Kosoko,  Elesho (Adewale Adeoye),  Mama Saje (Fausat Balogun), Fathia Williams,  Dele Odule, Femi Adebayo, Toyosi Adesanya & Olaiya Igwe. 

Ogogo left decades' worth of impact on and off screen, and his death is a huge loss to the nation. 

May Almighty God grant him Aljannah Firdaus.
