"WONDER WOMAN" SCHEDULED TO BE RELEASED ON JUNE 2017

The 4th instalment of the DC Extended Universe (Man of Steel, Batman Vs Superman:Dawn of Justice  and Suicide Squad) is scheduled to be released on the 2nd of June 2017; which will later be followed by the 5th installment- Justice League- on November 17th this year.

The Fast and Furious' alumni  Gal Gadot plays Amazon Princess Diana (FYI... not the same Diana who appeared in Xena:Warrior Princess), who assumes the role of Wonder Woman after she joins forces with an Air Force Pilot Steve Trevor  (Chris Pine) to put an end to World War I. 

Connie Nielsen plays Diana's mother Hippolyta, Queen of Themyscira and David Thewlis plays Ares, god of War. The movie is directed by Patty Jenkins. 

The DC super heroine was previously played by Lynda Carter in the popular  70's television series; Wonder Woman. Let's hope Gal Gadot fills her shoes marvellously!
