GONE TOO SOON: NOLLYWOOD ACTRESS MOJI OLAIYA IS DEAD
On a very sad note, Nollywood- still reeling from
the recent deaths of veteran actors, Olumide
Bakare and Adesina Adesanya (Pastor Ajidara) – was hit by the news of the tragic death of
popular Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya.
Daughter of highlife maestro Victor Olaiya, Moji died yesterday in Canada from what was reported to be cardiac arrest. Moji's marriage to her first husband Bayo Okesola ended in a divorce years back and two months ago gave birth to her second child in Canada.

What makes this news
even sadder is that Moji posted what is now her final post on Instagram barely
24 hours ago.
Allahamdulliah
to you Allah. I give all the glory for all you have done. I will forever praise
and worship you. It’s not by power but the Grace of Allah. Thank you for the
gift of life. Thanks also to all my friends and family, my fans for your
support and prayers. Love to you all.
The late actress played the well known female Super Story character Ireti in No Pain, No Gain and appeared in several
Yoruba movies over the years. She was 42 at the time of her death and her passing
is a huge
loss to Nollywood.
