PHOTO OF THE WEEK: Albino Turtle

Currently making waves on social media is the image of the rare albino flapshell turtle found in a  village pond in West Bengal, India. According to wildlife biologist, Sneha Dharwadka, the creature's unusual colour is  either due to to lack of a pigment known as Tyrosine, or mutation. 

It has now  been released into the wild at Balasore.
