Happy Birthday Ego Boyo!
Actress and Producer Ego Boyo hit the big 5-0 today! On her Instagram page, she gave thanks to Almighty God and used the opportunity to spread awareness for the Women At Risk International Foundation.
Ego Boyo, nee Nnamani, is known for playing Anne Haatrope in the 90s soap Checkmate and played the lead in the movies Violated and Violated 2, co-starring with fellow Checkmate fellow alum Richard Mofe-Damijo, Kunle Bamtefa, Toun Oni and Mildred Iweka. She produced movies like To Live Again, Keeping The Faith (in which she made a cameo appearance), 30 Days and A Hotel Called Memory, which was released last year.

How can this woman be 52 years old. I was watching checkmate in 1990 and this woman was already about 25 to 30 years old. This woman is around the age of 65 to 70.
