Cardi B Defends Banning Her Own Music From Kulture
Hypocrisy or simply good parenting?
Rapper Cardi B raises several eye brows last weekend when her Instagram Live stream showed her turning off her explicit track ‘WAP’ when her little daughter Kulture walked into the room. Now she's being blasted for making music Kulture is not allowed to listen to but other children can.
So ya daughter cant listen to it but everybody else’s daughter can? a Twitter user retorted.
Cardi’s reply : Ya needs to stop with this already ! I’m not [JoJo Siwa] ! I don’t make music for kids I make music for adults. Parents are responsible on what their children listen too or see.I I’m a very sexual person but not around my child just like every other parent should be.
She later added, There’s moms who are strippers. Pop pu**y ,twerk all night for entertainment does that mean they do it around their kids ? No! Stop makin this a debate. Its pretty much common sense.
Considering the child in question is 2 years old and most music albums feature the Parental Advisory Explicit Content label, that Twitter user doesn't have anything to argue about.
Verdict: Good Parenting. Kudos to Cardi
