Nollywood Actor Ernest Azuzu Passes On

Ernest Asuzu, who began his Nollywood career in the 90's  has passed on, following, according to reports, a stroke. 

His career went on a nose dive due to health related issues, which publicly came out after a video clip of him shirtless and sobbing  outside Justrite supermarket went viral on Instagram in 2019, with the rumour he has resorted to begging. He was assisted by the First Lady of Anambra State, Chief Mrs Obiano, who had him sent to a hospital. In his last interview with Premium Times, the late actor insisted his problem was spiritual and planned to make a comeback to the big screen. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Asuzu and their two children. 

Asuzu's film credits included  Rituals, Labista, My Guy,  Chain Reaction and Another Campus Tale.
