Filming of "Rust" To Continue

 Embattled actor Alec Baldwin has reached a settlement with the family of late Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer who was the victim of a prop gun fired by Baldwin. 

Following the tragedy, investigations and lawsuits against Baldwin and the producers halted the western's filming but now, it is to resume as all parties have agreed Halyna's death was an accident. The actual details of the court approved settlement are yet to be disclosed. 

Rust will resume filming  in January, 2023, with Halyna's husband Matthew serving as Executive Producer.
