Roger Ramjet (1965- 1969)

                                           

Roger Ramjet was an American cartoon series about the patriotic Roger Ramjet and his child sidekicks, the "American Eagles" created by Fred Crippen. Ramjet is assisted by the  Eagles and his  highly useful Proton Energy Pills ( which makes him as strong as 20 atom bombs for twenty seconds), as he fights spies and criminals  during his missions assigned by General G.I. Brassbottom, Chief of the 'Counter Bad Guy Division'. 

The classic cartoon is best remembered for the intro song sang  in the tune of 'Yankee Doodle Dandy', the simple animation, comical sound effects and fast paced narration by Dave Ketchum.
