Olu Jacobs Wins Achievement Award

A hearty congratulations to veteran film, television & stage actor and CEO of the Lufodo group, Olu Jacobs who bagged a much deserved Lifetime Achievement Award at the just concluded African International Film Festival (AFRIFF), for his many, many contributions to the film industry. Accompanied by his wife, Joke Silva, Mr. Jacobs appeared at the event on Saturday, 14th of November, 2021. He previously won a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) in 2016 and the Industry Merit award at the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards in 2013. 

Regarded  as one of the most influential African actors of all time, Olu Jacobs studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in England, his career spanning over five decades.
